1. Acceptance of Terms

MJ77 Game reserves the right to request identity verification at any point, including copies of a valid CNIC, passport or other documents to confirm age and identity. Accounts that fail to complete verification when requested will be suspended until verification is provided.

Account Verification

Verification may be requested before a withdrawal is processed, if unusual activity is detected on an account, or as part of a routine compliance check. Documents submitted for verification are handled in line with the Privacy Policy. Players should expect a reasonable processing time for document review.

3. Account Responsibilities

Once your MJ77 Game account is active, you take on full responsibility for all activity carried out under that account. This includes all bets placed, all deposits made and all withdrawals requested.

• Keep your password secure and do not share it with anyone. MJ77 Game staff will never ask for your password.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Do not allow others to access or use your account under any circumstances.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to your account to support as soon as possible.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits to your MJ77 Game account are made in PKR. The platform currently supports the following deposit methods:

• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or cards registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

• Deposits are credited to your PKR account balance once confirmed by the payment provider. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically near-instant.
• MJ77 Game does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Any deposit made in error must be reported to support immediately. Once a deposit has been used to place bets, it cannot be reversed.

Failed or Pending Deposits

If a deposit appears pending or does not reflect in your account balance within a reasonable time, contact support with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt the same deposit multiple times before confirming the first has failed, as this may result in duplicate charges.

5. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their available PKR balance subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be processed. Identity documents may be requested if not already on file.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. MJ77 Game does not transfer funds to third-party accounts.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on MJ77 Game — whether on Sports, Cricket, PSL, Casino games, Live Casino tables or Bingo — are subject to the rules of the relevant product. General rules that apply across the platform are as follows:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently voided or abandoned will be refunded to your account balance at the original stake.
• MJ77 Game reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect or erroneous odds resulting from a system or data error. In such cases the stake is returned.

• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Depositing funds from a payment account that is not in your own name.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, system glitches or incorrect pricing to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or software to interact with the platform in any way not intended for regular player use.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on non-public information.
• Coordinating bets with other accounts to manipulate outcomes or exploit bonuses ("bonus abuse", "arbitrage manipulation").

• Harassing, threatening or abusing support staff or other players through any communication channel.

Dormant Accounts

Voluntary Closure
